| We made hobo stoves for our scout meeting. Use a #10 can for the stove. Punch large holes around half of the base of the can to provide sufficient ventilation. Add a long wire handle to the stove so it can be lifted, turned, or moved. Use old fencing for the grill. (I recommend fencing with 2" x 4" holes. You want the holes in the fencing to be sufficiently large to fed the fire without removing the grill.) After making the stoves, we each cooked ramen soup. | |
